Meet Darren Borrington
Before joining Intrepid Wealth, Darren has spent the last 10 years in the Construction industry in various operational roles working for Caltex Refinery.
While Darren has spent most of his time outdoors and on the tools, his passion for many years has been in the investment and finance industry. From a young age, Darren enjoyed numbers, saving, making budgets, and later in his life discovered his passion for building a real estate and share portfolio and keeping track of world finance markets.
He finally made the decision to follow his passion and change careers after studying and obtaining a Cert IV in Mortgage and Finance.
Darren has two energetic boys aged 2 and 5 who take up most of his spare time, when he does get a moment, Darren is an excellent brewer of craft beer.
